We are pleased to inform you that in 2024, JEAN NIEL achieved an overall score of 97/100 for the 2023 Professional Equality Index.

The details of the indicators are as follows:

▪ Gender pay gap: 37 points out of 40
▪ Individual increase rate gap (excluding promotion) between women and men: 35 points out of 35
▪ Percentage of employees receiving a pay rise in the year they return from maternity leave: 15 points out of 15
▪ Number of women and men in the ten highest salaries: 10 points out of 10

We are thrilled to announce that we now have our own innovative catalog: Conscious Creations. Our customers’ demand for cleaner and safer products is growing and our team worked tirelessly to satisfy their needs.

The different departments of our company worked together to develop a collection that is good for the future of our people and our planet.

These creations will showcase our engagement to our new Corporate Social Responsibility charter and will display the new vision of Jean Niel.

It is with great pleasure that Jean Niel once again supports the Centre Hospitalier de Grasse by making a donation to the Centre de Coordination des Cancers.
This donation will help finance the support care provided and offered to cancer patients.
