A taste of Olympus – new aromatic collection

A taste of Olympus is our new 2024 aromatic collection.

Previewed at the CFIA trade show last March, the 2024 collection was created around a theme inspired by Greece, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, one of the year’s key events.

Composed of 6 original natural flavor creations, this collection testifies to the know-how and creativity of Maison Jean Niel, and its desire to boldly innovate in the world of aromatics!

Before finding the idea, we looked for inspiration…

The creative process begins in 2023 with a study of global trends, followed by an immersive day at Villa Kerylos in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. A highly inspiring visit to immerse oneself in the Greek universe. All followed by a traditional Greek lunch to soak up the country’s culinary delights.

To continue the creative process, with their heads full of ideas and their taste buds on alert, the team then got together for a brainstorming session. Aromatic proposals, tastings and exchanges followed this workshop to give birth to the “Un goût d’Olympe” collection in early 2024.
